Spent the weekend down looking at antelope again and found another couple of shooters and a couple of good water holes. The confidence is much higher after the weekend of scouting. Thanks turkey track. I spent most of the weekend around tom best and drove through flake mtn also. I have definitely seen alot of goats but nothing huge yet . I hope to remedy that this weekend. thanks for the info muley. Those pictures gave me a knot in my stomach thinking I could have a shot at a goat that size. when you say north of the highway was it close to the airport or closer to hwy 89? Man those goats are great.

I would go crazy without my nikon range finder with me in the hills. all of those dang trees deceive the heck out of my internal rangefinder
