Not only is Travis a good taxidermist...he's a heck of hunter and friend. You won't meet many that are more honest and hardworking, IMO. You are 100% correct. He just shoots str8 and really excels at his work. His resume is outstanding and it shows in the details of the bucks he's done. My brothers...

Not sure I was supposed to say his name, but it was Travis Roundy in Glendale Utah. He is by far one of the best at Mule deer in the country. He does around 100 to 200 bucks a year. He did say that the elk were starting to catch up and he feels will pass the Mule deer in a few years. If you ever get...

That's a real goal of mine that may just happen this year. I'm headed to BC for a hunt and one on the list is a wolf. Nice trophy!

Take part in Utah Divisions poll

Take this poll http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=63791810138 I did it, one thing I can say is that I am the Chapter Chair for the Mule Deer Foundation in my area, St. George Utah. I decided a while back that I was tired of just shooting off my mouth about change and decided to do something about i...

First off those bullets are fine, I think most hunters underestimate coyotes. Pound for pound the toughest animal on the planet. I have hit them square in the chest, had the bullet exit the rear and had them run 50 yards. When recovered the insides were turned upside down and inside out.

Cougar called in and killed

Went to the Predator masters annual hunt last week and it turned out to be a fantastic hunt. The hunt was held on the San Carlos Reservation near Globe Arizona. First I would like to say thanks to Weasel and Steve, without them two helping it would not be as good a story and hunt. The day started ou...
