8 days til turkey opens!
After being skunked the last 2 springs I'm hoping to get on a wiley tom. Good luck to everyone after the most frustrating bird in the world!

Re: 243 for lopes?
What, they let you use rifles on those things? I wish someone would have told me that, I've been using a stick and string all these years!! Good luck on your hunt. Wyoming's a lot of fun for goats. Marvin Thanks! I hope to go back out sometime with my bow but I want to give myself the best chance t...

Re: so i got a question for ya'll
The wings look great, and Killerbee has got a point as the the placement of the antlers on the side of the upper part of the cross. That would add a little width and make it look a little less cluttered at the top. Speaking as a man that is totally covered in tattoos (my wife is a tattoo artist) I r...

Re: Favorite prairie dog caliber?
I've noticed that the Mach 2's are really cheap to shoot too...just don't know if I want to sacrifice power. Because correct me if I'm wrong, but they're a necked down .22 instead of the .22 Mag that the .17 case is based off of. You are correct. The Mach 2 is the HMRs baby brother. They are fast b...

Re: Alright archer's.. neeed lots of advice!
I'm feeling a little out classed here :not-worthy I'm shooting an ancient Hoyt Raptor Hybird cam set at 60# with 27" draw. Arrows are Beeman ICS 340s with 100 grain Muzzy 4 blade broad heads. Getting maybe 240 fps out of this combo. Truglo Micro-Brite 3 pin site Octane Hostage rest and a T.R.U. Ball...
Re: catfish
Nice Blue cat! I enjoy sittin on the bank with a couple poles out sharing good times with friends catfishing. It definitely is a social gathering. A guy out here in VA just broke the state record for blue catfish at the lake that we usually fish, it was 109lbs! Can you imagine!?

Re: Smallie Lures?
Smallies are about all I fish out here in VA. 2"-3" tube jigs are always a hit in the spring and early summer. I usually transition to either a rebel crawfish crankbait or other small crank as the summer heats up. Soft plastic lizards are a good bet too! Good luck and good fishing.

Re: Where in the world is Colorado Buck?
Long hair in the back maybe, but like Hulk Hogan and his bandana Colorado Buck has his cowboy hat to hide his receding hair line. I can't say much though, I can see more skin on my head than cinemax late at night.
