Re: Wyoming?
I hunt a lot in Goshen County/Platte County for waterfowl and upland game, so I know the area good. Unless you can get permistion before you put in for a deer tag up there on big tracks of the river bottom I would not put in for a wt lic up there. I know people up there and I cann't get access. some...

Re: WY Antelope - units 47 & 48
A friend hunt's it every year, He's not a horn hunter so I cann't give ya much info on that other than the drought is not helping horn development. 47 has always held good #'s of Antelope.
I believe they have a good # of doe /fawn tags so be sure to get a couple of them too.

If he's talking about Beulah wyo. it's on the state line east of Sundance (I-90). Lots of privite land that holds antelope. would not be my 1st choice but if he's got a in he mite be OK. they got a lot of snow so far this year, I'd call G&F and talk to the Biolgist before I but in. Some darn good wh...

From what I saw 2 weeks ago in the Targhee NF there's plenty there. a few less couldn't hurt the hunting any.

Re: Lever Lovers
I've carried a Marlin 1895GS in 45-70 off and on for a couple of years now and love it, I've never put a scope on it but I may start reloading for it so a new scope may show up in the near future. Of 20+ elk only a couple have been shot at over 100 yrds anyhow.
