Need Help with optics.

Looking for binoculars, spotting scope and a rifle scope to put on a gunwerks rifle. Using them mostly for muley.
A bit more info would be most helpful for the knowledgeable folks on here.
Such as...your budget to begin with. Do you plan on backpacking in or doing hunts out of your truck? Terrain?
My suggestion on what to get without knowing anything more than the info you provided, get the best optics you can afford.
