Nice buck. Was that in S.E.? Maybe down by Silver Lake? I saw some photo's several years ago a guy in Prineville did down S.E. of Burns somewhere. Boy he got into some nice animals. We get a few around here but not many anymore. Deer population has taken a real bad hit in the last five or six years. Lions moved in big time and killing a lot of deer. We've had eight sightings outside of town in different directions this year alone. Because of where they are in relation to one another, I think they are all different animals. One sighting just out of town was a cat with two cubs with her. A local rancher shot two about 1/2 mi out of town that had taken up residence under his house! He had the blessings of fish and game on that one.
