We were in a unit that was between California and Utah :))

right on OAKBRUSH!!
i have 6 bonus points on nevada, i'm going to have to start looking at trying to cash them in on a good muley hunt.

i'm not trying to pry info from your unit, can you ( or any guys familiar with nevada) tell me if 6 points is enough for a good shot at a good hunt? i realize it's a bonus point state, so nothing is garenteed.

i started putting in for 031 late, but the last 2 or 3 yrs i've just bought points. time to start the research again

If you go on an early hunt, head as far north as possible. (Jarbridge area) You just end up hunting resident deer in the lower elevations. Tough hunting. Late season is the best and will yeild the best results on your bonus points.

Also, great Muleys!
