The buck was bedded down in the trees behind me in the picture. I got done with basketball practice one morning and went driving around looking for deer and I found him bedded down on my uncle's property. So I had my brother take me up the fence row a ways and drop me off. I snuck down the fence row and he stood up and looked at me broadside from about 25 yards. I had to shoot between a couple of trees, which kind of worried me, but I laid the arrow right into his lungs.
