paunsagunt any weapon tag
I drew a paunsagunt tag and would appreciate any pointers as to where to hunt. Thanks

Welcome to muleymadness, should be a fun hunt. But be prepared to hunt hard.

Re: paunsagunt any weapon tag
Thanks for the other links. My main concern is do I hunt high or low? I noticed that you live in st george, I live in enterprise. I've had people tell me the deer will be high and I've had others tell me low. Any advice or info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Most likely they will be low, I've hunted it 3 different rifle seasons with family and myself included in 2001, 2002, and 2003. Most of the deer are usually low, depends on the weather but your better off low IMO.
If it freezes up high, they will move off pretty quick.

Thank you for the info, I appreciate it. I've put in for this hunt for 11 years, I'd sure hate to blow it after that long. Thanks again. T. Gardner

I had a rifle tag in 2006 and I would be happy to share my observations. Send me a pm.
