The tale of the tape and scale reads 5'9 1/2" and 185lbs. I only WISH I weighed this much in highschool playing football! I'm in pretty good shape but could probably stand to lose a few pounds as I'm not quite in the shape I was in highschool.
It ain't the size of the gun but the placement of the bullet.

Alright, 5'7.. 190lbs. I wanna drop around 20lbs or more by October.. hunting season. Better lay off the soda. Which is better to drink? Starbucks or Soda? I'm like a caffine junky.. I've gotta wean myself off of it. No cold turkey. lol

Funny, you Marine Corps guys stay in shape even after your done with your duty. Maybe I should join the Marines. (???) They're a tough group.

5' 11" and about 195. I would like to be at about 175-180. Anyone have a good stomach virus you could send me for a quick 10 pound head start. They seem to help me drop 10 quick ones. No pun intended. :))

I think out door types, especially hunters have an advantage over most people. We know that much of the adventure and success of our sport is dependent on how physically fit we are. And even more important as we get older. I'll be 59 by the time I hit the prairies peaks and badlands this Fall.
On top of my other activities I do a 5 mile hike daily, on trails in my woods and pastures. Instead of driving or 4 wheeling to check cattle and fences I walk rain or shine. +90 or -30.
Still works for me. I plan on getting far off the beaten track, and away from most hunters.
It wouldn't hurt me to lose a few pounds, I'm 6' 2" and stay right around 200.
