I'm in. I'm 5' 10" and started out 225 in June. Need to get in better shape for my elk hunt !!!

5 lbs down here. Not loosing the wait very fast but man I have started to tone up a bit. This P90X is an arse kicker, but I have been doing in consistantly every morning for 5 weeks now.

Well I am now done almost 10 pounds. Have not lost a ton of weight but I have gained some muscle. My wife and I have now being doing the P90X exercise program for 2 months and have definatly toned up a bit. Hopefully it helps with the hiking this year as well.

Update: Ive shed about 15lbs so far. down to 170 now, it sure has been easier to hike the hills lookin for elk without that "spare tire" wrapped around my stomach!

I wish i had seen this sooner i am 6'5 240 and need to lose at LEAST 20 lbs . ](*,) Getting pneumonia last winter did me in and my lungs still don't seem right . I was in great shape !!! ](*,)

I too wish I had seen this - any extra motivation to cut a few pounds and get in better shape is good.

DeadI - I've been thinking of the PX90 program and heard it's ultra tough. Is that the case? How much time do you dedicate to it each day? Would you say that weight loss is a by product of the effort to tone up and build muscle?

I have pretty much stayed the same. Which is not the ideal situation but at least I'm not gaining. Keep at it everyone.
