Grandaddy Goat

This old buck had very few teeth left and the ones that were left were loose. He was destined to become coyote crap in the fall but still had enough spunk to be the dominant male in the herd. His horns are unique and very "bladed". He missed the minimum B&C score by 2 inches.

Those cholla cactus sure come in handy when hunting that flat country. What that New Mexico?

I love when they have bladed horns! Did it miss the all-time minimum (82.0)? You can be listed in the Triennial competition listings if it scored 80.0 or above, just won't be listed in the permanent book unless it scores 82.0.
