Bear Mountain in Sanpete? Need info please.

Hi All,

My cousin drew out for elk on the Bear Mountain CWMU in Sanpete. He was having someone help him put in online and he clicked the wrong thing. He meant to put in somewhere else, but ended up putting in for Bear Mountain. He's is of course excited as can be, BUT. We really don't know anything about the Bear Mountain CWMU.

Does anyone have any info, advice, or know the guy that runs it. Of course he will call him, but I wanted to ask around the campfire here. Anyone hunted it? Have any pics of elk?

Any help would be appreciated.

I not exactly sure where Bear Mountains is located. I found a website that showed roughly where its at but couldn't find boundry descriptions. If you can post the boundry's I might be able to help you out a little.

It's on the Manti unit,,,,Mt. Pleasant south to Pine creek up to the forest line...

Sounds like the unit is in a good location and you shouldn't have too much trouble finding game but may run into other issues. I don't know Mower but it sounds like maybe Goofy is hinting at something there, maybe.
