16-313 SUCCESSFUL

Post by Boomer06 » Mon May 05, 2008 10:36 am

You betcha !!!!! Finally drew that coveted big bull tag. I grew up in Emery County so we know the area extremely well but for some reason that doesn't boost my confidence. Something about never attempting to take an elk with a bow and then drawing an archery big bull tag is leaving me queasy. But holy crap am I excited. My dad also drew the same tag so this will indeed be a once in a life time as we will be sharing this incredible adventure together. Later.

Now take your hunting equipment, your quiver and bow, and go out into the open country and hunt some wild game for me.

You shouldn't be worried about getting a critter that big with your bow. Just wait for the last week of rut fury and call that big stinky into 20 yards and just bury the pins into his chest and let it fly. :thumb
