Post by HighLander » Tue Sep 04, 2007 9:30 pm

Do these look like this years rubs. I think they do and I have seen a ton but I have yet to see many elk. I have onbly seen two cows walking away from me in a aspen grove?

How is the hand doing?
Live to hunt, hunt to live.

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell
the difference.

I know an area like that that is covered in rubs like that but once the hunts start the elk aren't usually still there. Once they rub it is time to start gathering the harems so they move out of the summer grounds a little more.
