extra bow question
do you always carry with you an extra bow or do you just have extra string and so on when on a road trip?
Re: extra bow question
Extra bow for sure. I've got enough of them laying around it would be silly for me to leave home for a long trip without two.

Extra bow, but often extra string for main bow as well.

Re: extra bow question
What do you guys use for an extra bow?? something reasonbly priced or something that is brand new?
Re: extra bow question
All of my equipment is reasonably priced. It's top dollar stuff that was on clearance usually because it wasn't fast enough. Ross bows are great bows and when they went out of business lots of them went for under $300.00. Just look around for opportunities. After bow season you can pick up top dollar stuff for little next to nothing from guys needing to make their next truck payment or buy christmas presents to sooth the wife's feelings after hunting too much last season.
Re: extra bow question
Extra bow. Exact same as my primary. Same bow, sights, rest etc. I buy clearance stuff every 4-5 years. You can get some good deals when the latest greatest hit the market.
Re: extra bow question
I normally keep a few extra strings and a spare limbs with me at all time just to be on the safe side.
