Stabilizers

Post by BowtechAdmiral » Tue Dec 22, 2009 12:57 pm

Hey everybody I am just putting this out there to find out what kind of stabilizers everybody is using. Share what you like or dislike about it. I am looking into buying a new stabilizer for my new Alphamax.

I currently have a pro series doinker stabilizer but I think it is heavy. I have been thinking maybe of going with Fuse.

Thanks.
New School Archer. Never settle with good. Always looking for something better.

Just my two cents. I found that I picked a stabilizer that I liked, but eventually figured out it didn't work well with my bow. I would get to a shop and see how many different ones they will let you try, then pick the one that fits your needs best, accuracy, size, etc... :-k

I tried a few and found I shot as well with them as without them. I kept my Field Archery scores for about 6 months and my scores varied as usual. Anything that adds weight to the bow and doesn't help goes. That's why my quiver is on my pack now.
