Beginners luck? Bobcat and bear
This is the first year I've started using a trail camera.
I couldn't believe what I saw when I looked at my first ever pictures. A bobcat that just stopped right in front of the camera to chow down, and the south end of a north moving bear.
Couldn't be happier. Hopefully that park with all of those elk we saw will produce also.

Just an update.
I had moved the camera to a small park where several drainages converge, right below a bench which opens up to an area where we saw several bulls and cows one night.
We left it up there for three weeks.
The drainages lead up to some bedding areas. So it looks like I have a good spot to setup an evening tree stand. I might get lucky and pick off one of these guys coming down to feed.

This is from a park on the other side of the saddle.
We also saw a 6x6, and two more large bulls, plus some cows during our other scouting trips in this area.
This looks to be a good area in the evening.
