Recipe #2 Title: Deer or Elk Salami

Place on a rack over a cookie sheet or place on a broiler pan to catch the drippings. Bake for 4 hours at 200 degrees turning once every hour. Store in the fridge or freeze. I recently came up with a really good recipe for Elk, Deer and Bear. I would love to share this recipe with everyone.
Sometimes, I like to cook it a little bit longer!
