2012/2013 Monday Madness and Gear Giveaway Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Contest Rules. The registration for the 2012/13 Monday Madness and Gear Giveaway (“Contest”) begins on July 16, 2012, and ends on July 15, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. (MST) (“Contest Period”). One (1) winner will be drawn from registered users each and every Monday for the entire year or 52 week period. Contest is hosted by the MuleyMadness.com, 514 N. 2230 E., St. George, UT 84790 (“Host”).
Eligibility: Contest is open to all natural persons age 12 and older who are legal residents of the United States for the duration of the Contest. Employees, officers and directors of Host, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. On or about July 16, 2012, the Host will promote a prize giveaway sweepstakes using electronic, broadcast, and print marketing efforts. Participants will need to register online at http://www.muleymadness.com/forum/ucp.php?mode=register
Registration forms must be agreed upon during registration process in order to win. By completing the registration forms for the “Contest”, the Participant agrees to receive promotional information from the Host and its partners. Duplicate entries will be removed before official drawings.
Host is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or non-delivered entries or for any miscommunication or technical failures as a result of contest participation. Upon receipt, entries become property of Host.
Entrants agree that the Host, its affiliates, directors, officers and agents are not liable for, and will be held harmless against, any and all claims to injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this contest or from acceptance or use of any prize.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Prizes: Only one winner per week will be chose, a winner will not be eligible to (win) another weekly contest until a 4 week waiting period has expired. At which time the participant then again becomes eligible for the weekly prize. Same rules apply for the entire year. If winner does not participate or accept any part of the contest prize, there will be no refund of cash.
Estimated Total Value: $Prize values vary from week to week, and it is the participants sole responsibility to check back each week to determine the prize for each weeks participants. The total prize value for the entire year will be in the hundreds/thousands of dollars.
No alternative prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted. Prize is not transferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Selection of Winners: One winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible participants received weekly for the Contest Period. All decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of participants and how often each participant contributes to MULEYMADNESS.COM. For a listing of the odds each week please visit this page. This page also displays the weight categories for each participant’s sharing to MULEYMADNESS.COM. For example, forum posts and comments to the site are LOW weight categories contributions, approved articles, unit reports, are HIGH weight categories.

Winner will be notified at the time of the selection via e-mail, website posting, and or Private Message. Host is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner or for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts of winner to claim prize. It is the winners responsibility to check the website each week to determine who won each weeks prize. An unclaimed prize will become the property of the Host.
Winners: The Registration Name of the potential winner(s) of the Contest may be publicly announced, at the Host’s sole discretion, in any media for the duration of the contest period.
Any potential prize winner whose name is announced publicly as the winner of the 2012/13 Monday Madness Prize Giveaway must show proof of eligibility and qualify for the particular Contest in order to accept the prize. Host is not obligated to select, or publicly announce, any alternative prize winner. By entering the Contest, all entrants agree that their registration names may be announced publicly either after or prior to the Host’s notification to them that they are a potential prize winner and either after or prior to the Host’s determination of their eligibility or qualification for, or their acceptance of the prize. The Host reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner if such potential winner is determined to have been ineligible or unqualified. Disqualified winners may include (but not limited to) any of the following reasons: 1) sharing photos, stories, video, articles, that is not the participants original work, 2) posting off topic posts of no value simply to increase ones odds of winning, 3) breaking any of the forum/registration rules agreed upon during registration process.
Entrants and winners are solely responsible for their own actions relating to this Contest, and the acceptance and/or use of a prize. By participating in this Contest, and/or by acceptance or use of the prize, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Host, Sponsors, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies, Contest sponsors and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any liability arising in connection with the Contest and/or use of the prize.
