Re: Ruger Muzzleloaders?

I have a Ruger 50 cal. and it is a great gun for me. I have had a hard time finding scope rings that fit red-dot scopes. I have the old ignition system but I upgraded it to 209 primers. I love it.

Re: ATV advise

HONDA!! Go with the most reliable and well built machines. I just passed 6300 miles on my Foreman 400 (1998) and it still runs like a dream. It has hauled out whole elk on both front and back racks before and didn't miss a beat. I would go with the Rubicon with the option to switch from 4x4 and 2x4....

IMO I would hold out on the insulated waders. I have a pair of insulated neoprene and a pair of uninsulated nylon and the nylon gets used 95% of the time. If I need some extra warmth I just throw on some extra socks and thermals. I use them everywhere. I guess I would rather be cool that sweating ho...

Panguitch Cow Hunt - Help

Well, I just spent a couple of days in some cold weather trying to fill a cow tag on the Panguitch unit in So. Utah. Conditions are tough and the elk are very sparse. The only elk we have seen have been miles away with no way to reach them. Do any of you have any suggestions of places where we might...

Nice deep forks! I haven't been out looking lately, but I am glad to see some that made it through the hunt.
