Yea i could be climate because here in idaho it gets dang cold some times

Here in Idaho it is unit 45 where they give out only 75 tags and about 2000 people put in for it. it is 100% succes rate of 4 point and better

You know when the deers ear has a split right down the middle i have seen some like that. cows get it too. i was just wandering what caused it

Dose anyone know why some muledeer have split ears.

I have put in for 45 just because i know there are some hogs down there. but most of the time i put in for 42,44,52 i swich of each year to see if i get lucky. i used to draw every year but the last few years i havent drawn.

If you are still going to do the moderator thing i will gladly hep you.

Does anyone have a special tecniques for drawing good tags that they would like to share? mine is to put in for the best and cross my fingers :lol:

I think that is a old pic i have seen it some where before. from that pic i dosent look very big just heavy horns.

i agree some of that stuff is getting pretty bad

If i had a choice i would have to choose all three :lol: ! but if i only had to chose one it would have to be width i think that makes the buck
