That is a good goat!! Especially from that area. Nice to see some good Boone and Crocket goats still exist in Wyoming and not just Arizona and New Mexico.

Roy, You been up to your California area doing any scouting yet? Look forward to reading about your success again this year. Going down to the south country next weekend to check out some information I have been able to acquire about 101 for mulies. Talked with a warden a half dozen or so times over...

Hey BOHNTR,

I replied to the other post that you posted up, "calling all MM member" anyways I asked how the draws treated you this year, I guess this topic pretty much answers my question.

A very big Congrats!

Couldn't have happened to a better hunter!

By the way I am 28 y.o. spend most the year hunting, scouting, shooting, fishing, or camping. Living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming so the year can pretty much be consumed with outdoor activities. Spend a few months in the winter snowboarding the back country up here. Lived in Wyoming my entire life other...

Howdy Roy, Still lurking, just haven't posted in awhile! How did the draws treat you this year. As for me the big "0"! I drew a 53 desert maggot tag but other than that I was unsuccessful. However, there was a group of four of us that all applied for the same areas but not in a party application and...

Me and the other guys that have been helping out this season with my baits were back and forth for a long time on this bear. When we first laid eyes on him I thought black bear, because the face and color, but once I developed the pictures I was not so sure. He is a huge bear, and wyoming is not kno...

2007 Goal!!

This is a bear that has been hitting our bait but we have been unable to catch him on the bait. This photo was taken a week and a half ago on a ridge not far from my bait site. I have some crappy photos of him on my trail cam. Hopefully I can get him to come into the bait soon. http://i165.photobuck...

All I will say is that the unit is south of Rawlins, which is where I was raised! You are correct in saying pretty much any unit in South Wyoming can be successful on trophy class goats. The funny thing is because of the weather we didn't even really hunt hard or long. We were just lucky I guess. My...

Roy, Yeah it was a heck of a season! I try to check in now and again but just don't have much time to do any posting. If you look in the antelope forum I did post up the pictures of both goats. I read on the other site (MM) about your high country CO deer hunt, man that looks like fun. I remember wh...
