All the skulls I have cleaned were the slow boil method like sawsman mentioned. Not rolling boil by any means, just hot enough to get the meat and flesh off. I dig out the nasal cavity since it's a bugger to get clean when boiling. I use a pressure washer to get all the final cartilage and meat off ...

nuttinbutchunks, nice euro job on the skull. Looks good! There are a few different ways of placing the skull on a board or plaque. I'll post a pic of my 2007 deer and an antelope I did. You can do a wall mount or desk mount plaque like the antelope fairly easily. The antelope base was done way cheap...

Here's one of many bucks my grandpa shot back in the day. 37 1/2" wide shot with open sight Remington 760 .270 caliber rifle. Never been scored since my dad and grandpa didn't ever care about scores anyhow!

I tried a few bino systems until I stumbled upon the IPI bino manager system. It is similar to other harness get-ups but nice IMO. It has neoprene shoulder straps and a bino cover to keep the glass out of the elements. I have had mine for a while which I use with Minox medium sized binoculars. http:...
