C'mon, Muleyman, that is my 48 inch buck from up at Thermop. He's done migrated up the Bighorn/Wind River to your place up above Dubois. If I draw tags next week, please send him back home so I can throw more lead at him !!

Poor thing has lost his mind. :)

Dan, I ain't no expert on speed-goats but I have hunted them successfully several times in Wyoming. Yes, you can (and should) drive thru areas that have antelope and glass for the herds. Once you have found one with a suitable animal you would like to take, then the real hunt begins. I like to stalk...

Muleyman, I have put in again for that magic little area up by Thermop for both muleys and speed-goats. Hope my luck holds out but it probably won't. I think we will go out there anyway and maybe hunt jack rabbits or coyotes. After all, the trip is the thing with us, whether we hunt anything or not....

All this crap is the very reason I am absent around here so much. This forum sometimes reads like an Oprah show script. How 'bout let's talk mule deer huntin' !! They will be drawing those coveted Wyoming tags within the next 30 days. I've got my fingers, toes, and legs crossed for good luck...........

Dad-gummit, Muleyman. Once again I leave y'all alone for a few weeks and look what happens. So, IMHO, here is the skinny from Ar-kin-saw: Hunting is many things to many people. In hunters' education classes we teach the evolution of the hunter and his progression of motives which range all the way f...

Hey Muleyman, next time you are in Riverton, stop in at "The Boot" located on Main Street. A hoppin' little dive...maybe as hoppin' as Ralff's which is on Broadway, just down from the Thunderbird Motel on Fremont. All them joints remind me of the Rock-Em-Sock-Em-Knock-Out Bar and Grill in a little t...

Ho, ho, ho on the Jackson Hole remark. We took a day trip up there last year with some Riverton boys after we tagged out and decided to spend some time at the Zillion Dollar Cowboy Bar. (Where were the cowboys ?) We hung out in our killin' duds amongst some fancy-dan yuppie punks and yankee tourist ...

Yo, Muleyman. I have been tied up with this work thing and haven't had much time to play over here. Like everyone else, I am sitting on pins and needles waiting for July to find out if we drew out tags for the ole Honey Hole up by Thermop. I hunted the NW Colorado area for many years until my buddy ...
