Congrats!! Go get em. :) That's about how long I'll have to wait to draw my next coveted tag in Utah. I drew out 2 years ago and now have to wait forever to hunt the place I love.

Do you have the "RIGHT" to sue. Yes!! Of course you due. Would you win the lawsuit? I doubt it. And I personally would never file the lawsuit if it happened. The land issue makes perfect since to me. Although I do love mule deer, people are still of greater importance and value. Not necessarily the million dollar homes though. :)

Why not tranquilize and relocate the bear? Was he weak/hungry/ and or diseased I suppose are a reasons to shoot him.
