I only have three pins, but will probably ugrade to the 5 pin somewhere down the line. I'm a rookie with the archery sport and so for now I'm happy and learning with the 3 pins. 15 yards to about 45 yards.

My vote is/was for "do it myself". Having said that, I'm not against paying a guide for a nice buck. However at the moment I'm happy with my own scouting and bucks.
