They are gritty. I have had 3 at one time with 5 other breeds. It's all how you raise themjust like any thing else. If you train them right you shoudn't have any problems. They are great dogs I still have one now.

I personally would never hunt them i think they are amazing creatures they are very important to the environment. I mean hunting them they have limited permits but still they will never ever eat a healthy big game animal. They are so smart that they will only go after injured animals or old animals...

That Bear was released in Montana. The picture of the Grizzly some one added that in. If you look close to the head of the released one you can clearly tell it is just a big Black Bear.
