Diamond Deadeye (dead in the water)

Anyone else shooting the Diamond Deadeye? I did. I bought it July the 20th. Six cables later I am wondering if there is something a matter with it. Lol. Less than satisfied with the way Diamond-BowTech handled the situation. "We don't care if you are leaving for two elk hunts next week, and there ar...

I got a Booner!!!!!!!

I just completed my Wyoming mixed bag hunt! Whew! I punched a hole through a young cow elk with a pointy stick. I blasted a 4 pt muley and then shot my first record book critter! On 10/04/10, I got to harvest "the one". Very Nice Goat scored 81 4/8. Special thanks to my good friend "Fire Marshall Bi...

Re: NAP QuikFletch

Hey this is a revolutionary idea. I bought some of the Nap Quickspin Speed hunters on clearance last year. I fell in love with them, they are very durable. I have one that I shot 4 deer and one wild hog with it before it started to tear up. The white shrink wrap tore at the base of one of the fletch...

Re: Wanna read another antelope story? pics added

Hey Snake love the story! I learned the Cow/horse trick this year on my antelope hunt near Laramie. One crazy technique but it works. I have adapted it in to the goat for chasing rutting whitetails. The process is similar except you are on the ground on all fours bleating like a goat. I was able to ...

Re: proposed change to archery hunts

I wish I could complain about overcrowding. But in Texas there aren't any public lands to speak of. I think you guys have it about right. But Fish and Game probably has an idea that isn't as good and will end up costing you guys time and money. What is a "Dedicated Hunter" or "dedicated hunter tag" ?

Left handed bow

Hey do any of you guys have a left handed bow laying around that you would sell cheap? I need a bow for killing deer and hogs. I would like a bow with a 27" draw in the 50-70 lb range. I can only spend about a 100.00 but if its just collecting dust I would like to talk to you about it. -Jon B

new bow

Hey guys,
I am left handed and looking for a new bow. I can't afford a new one and I am searching ebay for a cheap bow that I can kill whitetails and pigs with. Any suggestions? I saw a Browning Afterburner do any of you know any thing about it?
Thanks Jon
