Re: Photo problems!!
Hmmm, that helps narrow it down to the problem not being in your laptop. Sometimes the ISP blocks or drops files but to have only the ones you uploaded blocked seems odd. Have you tried re-booting the router/ modem? Unplug both from power, plug in the modem first and wait for about 2-3 minutes then ...

Re: Salmon River Steelies
Thank you for reviving some childhood memories in me! I used to live on the Salmon river, as a child we had a hunting outfit, our base was a few miles down from Shoup. I was home-schooled by my Mom until around noon everyday then the rest of the day was mine. I always ended up fishing the Salmon riv...

Re: Photo problems!!
Well, your tracert looks good with no loss. Is it the same computer just changing locations? Next thing to try would be to repair Internet explorer, you can do this from the add/remove programs section in the control panel.

Re: Photo problems!!
Sorry those didn't work for you. You said it works fine when using your laptop at work, is it the same laptop you are using at home but doesn't work? If it's the same computer both locations, try resetting your modem/ router at home. You can then try a tracert from home to see where the problem is i...

Re: Photo problems!!
When installing firefox there is an option to retrieve settings from IE so if you didn't notice that it would have transferred the settings. Here's a link to Microsoft that explains a few reasons with fixes to get your pic's showing again. Method 2 is the same as clearing the cache. If you're runnin...

Re: Photo problems!!
Have you tried clearing your cache? You may have reached the limit set and is taking longer to load due to "pushing" the older stuff out. Internet explorer or Firefox?

Re: map and computer scouting
I.M.O. looking for access to a specific area is most important. Whether on foot or vehicle you'll want a birds-eye view of where you'll be wanting to go, makes it easier to work the area too. Keep in mind the date of the photo's you're going to use, the area we hunt had sat photo's dating 2006 which...

Re: Attention all UT Muzzleloaders!!! Bad News
The news on Monday after opening weekend was full of clips where alot of hunters were claiming no success. They were also saying the DNR was making changes for the 2011 season but didn;t elaborate whet they were going to be.

Re: Moose
Thank you, I was using my hi-speed 200mm sports lens with an 1.4 teleconverter, giving me 280mm. I need to get a 400mm for this type of shooting though, I was lucky they were so close.
