Congrats, from what I hear thats a great tag.

Ok thanks for the advice. I have another question for you guys, if I go scouting in August will the elk most likely still be in the same areas come October?

Have a friend that draws up there pretty often, goes to the same spot every time and shoots a good buck, I have no idea where that is but hopefully thats encouraging for you.

Yeah, I was looking for any news of tags . I only have one point for the cow elk so we will see what happens. It says in the article that the "wildlife commision" didnt listen to what the biologists had to say. Who is the commision is what Im wondering.

Deer buck tags down 15%, but cow elk up 58%! Wonder why the decrease in deer tags?
