Well I just got my montana antelope tag in the mail today! Drew unit 330 in southwestern montana. I know the area fairly well but have never hunted antelope there. I'm in the same boat, hunted near savage last year and both me and my dad killed bruiser bucks, nervous for his year tho with the tough winter. I guess only time will tell.

Hey thanks again man. In my other post iwas askin about limited entry elk, But thanks for al the info. I a def lookin at 210 for deer. Any advise for elk? I hunted on the south side of lima lake last year and shot a 270 ish 6 point. Just lookin for a plce to put in for limited entry. (go angels)

Has anyone hunted on any special units in sw or central mt? I have hunted public land and done fairly well but am looking for a limited quota area to put in for. Anyone have any suggestions?
