Re: My 2011 So Utah Muzz buck
Congratulations Jason! What a beautiful deer, you deserve it. You gonna have enough wall space left by the end of the season?

Thanks for your help!!
I've returned from my first Mule deer hunt out west (Colorado unit 55). Empty handed, but hopefully wiser for the next trip. I want to express my thanks for all your help, especially to Oakbrush and BOHNTER. Oakbrush even went out of his way to do some scouting in my unit!!!! It is true that you can...

Re: debone or quarter
Thanks for the replies. Regarding deboning and evidence of sex, what I understand for Colorado is that you leave some evidence (testicle/scrotum/penis,etc) attached to a piece of meat. Head/antlers are not enough proof. Hate to sound dumb, but would rather ask, where do you attach your carcass tag i...

debone or quarter
I want to thank you guys for all of the help you've given me so far!
For those of you who pack in a ways, do you typically debone your deer or quarter it to pack back?
thanks,
Paul

Re: Who wants to Sign my Cast?
Hope you have a speedy recovery. The main thing with that cast is to break up the profile, add some camo paint so it's not so obvious to the deer, have people sign in earth tones. I tell you what, riding motorcyle is getting more and more dangerous with everyone out there texting and talking on cell...

Re: Shooting Position
Thanks guys. all of my bowhunting to this point has been done from a treestand for whitetails. This will be a first for spot/stalk Mulies. I've been practicing from kneeling/standing, but got to thinking that I've not practiced from sitting on the ground.
Hope you all do well this season!!
