early 1980's winchester 30/30 saddle gun HELP
I picked up a used early 80's winhester 30/30 saddle gun, it was used as a truck gun so the stock is pretty ugly and I am thinking about replacing both peices of the stock. reservation land is reservation land and they have their own laws and regualtions when it comes to that land, my concern is what happens on public land.

possible Washington rule change
I read a while back that the State of Washington may change the rules when it comes to using powered decoys. Has anyone heard any more about this?

I cant stand poachers, I live in the desert unit of washington state and we have a good size herd here with quite a few wall hangers, and I have come across a poached deer more than once while walking to and from duck blinds. Pretty new to this site but I think I will be around for a while. I call Moses Lake WA home. I am married and have 3 boys 1 girl and 2 Labradors. I do all of my big game hunting with a modern rifle, and when I'm not doing that I'm knocking ducks and geese out of the sky or putting the hurt on yotes....

As far as I am concerned I can care less what Indians do on their reservation land, but when they walk off of reservation land and are on public land they should be made to adhere to the same rules and regulations as the rest of us American citizens especially when it comes to hunting.
