Congratulations nice bulls, always great to share the hunt with friends. A great hunt is more than a trophy on the ground, its the entire journey that stays forever in the memory.

I have obviously been hunting in the wrong places, never seen a buck that looks half as good as him!

We have unit 61, 3rd season elk and mule deer tags, we are worried about the weather. No snow = no big bucks / bulls down low in the area we have to hunt. We need some prayers to the weather gods i feel? Pat

For the conspiracy types this bull was shot on the last day of the 9 day hunt. it was my 6th hunt in Utah for a big elk bull, 5 of them on the Boulder by purchasing auction tags. I am 71 years old next week and am a self confessed elk maniac. Hunt nothing but free range and fair chase. pat
