Is hunting permitted in Roosevelt National Forest??

I'm in the market for a 10x42 set. Everything I have read about the Nikons is positive. Does anyone know if nikon makes a "doubler" for there glasses. I like a doubler cause it mostly eliminates my need for a spotting scope.
