Wonder how many guys have gone to Alpine lookin for him lol Ive gotten emails of the pictures of the bull elk on the snowy hill side before.. Each time stating a different location. People do not surprize me any more. Shame that they will do that. Nevertheless.. Beautiful photos and amazing animals ...

I have completely wore my insulated water resistant pants out. I cannot sew any more holes up and the poor things have had a rough life.. Ive looked and cannot find the sames ones I love.. Do any of you have suggestions on which kind to get? I need water resistant for sure and if possible insulated ...

Yes it does. Ive had mine take pictures of snow falling quite a few times.
You will always have shadows set the camera off also. Try not to face the cam towards the sun or moon either

Where are abouts are you? I hunt Northern.. It all depends on the year and snowfall Some years I find alot of elk sheds at around 6,000 feet and some years they are 5200. the last few years deer have been real high, because the snow fall was so little. Nice! I thought it was early as well. the day before thanksgiving my buddy said his friend found a fresh set of moose sheds.. I called bs but sure enough they still had fresh blood on the bases.
