Find a drill bit that will fit insisde the arrow and using your arm and momentum slam the drill bit into the insert and it may knock the insert out....that is how I have gotten some insert out of my FMJ's. If that does not work....scrap it....$12 alot cheaper than what can happen if the arrow breaks...

Thanks for the vote of confidence.......I have ran into the Sombrero Ranch guys in unit 28 so I was wondering if you were in 28. Thanks for sharing, it's a good thing to have meat in the freezer. It sounds like you might have been hunting in unit 28. I'm headed out for the thrid season (10/31/09 - 11/6/09), I have a buck tag and an OTC bull tag. My son has a buck tag and a Cow tag and we will be hunting unit 28 near Kelly Cr...

1st season sucess!
I was lucky enough to harvest this cow on opening day of first season. She was moving thru a large meadow wish some small aspen stands. They when into a small drainage and that allowed me to move up a little closer and also find a good spot to shot from. They popped from the drained around 150 yards...
