String Suppressor...
I am thinking about adding a string suppressor to my 2003 hoyt magnatec to see if will help quiet it a little. Does anybody have any suggestions as to which brand and also do you use one or not and why? I have to use the kind that mount on the front of the bow.

Re: Great Evening Shed Hunt
Brett, I still live in Enterprise but I work in St. George so I try to keep an eye out everyday to see where the deer are. I'm definitely still around and check the website daily but I haven't posted for a while.

Congrats Brett. I saw your truck parked that evening and I have been wondering ever since if you found any. Thanks for sharing.

Jake's Last Day So. UT Buck
A guy from work brought me in some photos of a buck his son Jake shot the last day of the hunt in Southern Utah. It's his first year hunting and I don't think he's come down from cloud nine yet. Sorry about the picture quality he said the camera didn't focus that well. The buck is 27" wide. Also, as...

Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Banquet?
I just saw a flyer advertising the RMEF banquet in St. George on May 1st and was wondering if anybody knew what tags are going to be up for auction? I spoke with a friend who went last year and he said it was a lot of fun. His brother-in-law picked up a nice benelli shotgun and a .300WSM in the raff...

Re: Old hunting grounds
Yes, that is the Seegmiller pond. Ridgetop, have you hunted there before? I know it was a pretty popular spot back in the day. I have a duck mounted on my wall that was shot just to the side of the photo. It would be nice if it still had the bass in it like it did when my brother (archerycrazy) and ...

Re: Attention all UT Muzzleload Hunters!!!! Bad news
They probably assume that a lot more deer will get killed with the two rifle hunts so they want to stick the muzzleloader in between so fewer deer are killed since they won't be able to get close to them.

Re: Another 12 year old kid - MONSTER buck!
What a way to start hunting and congratulations to the hunter. I will spend the rest of my life looking for a deer like that and will probably never see one. I heard a story of a 14 year old kid shooting a monster buck near the base of pine valley this year, only to have it run over the hill before ...

Re: THE NOT SO STORY BOOK ENDING
Welcome home show_me_your_rack. I'm glad that you stuck with it for several days and did your best to locate your deer even though it didn't have the happy ending you would have liked. People can say what they want because hind sight is always 20/20 but you did your best and you can keep your head u...
