Re: Surviving Pauns Bucks....
Shed Predator, You have posted some pictures of awesome bucks. I can't say that I wouldn't be willing to take a bent bumper to be consistently seeing the monsters that you keep posting. We all understand the driving hazards of seeing big game while behind the wheel. It happens with well endowed blon...

Re: All the muley gurus please score my first muley
I found myself in your same predicament this year. I've taken buck but never anything that got me excited about finding the B&C score until this year. I shot a 28" 5x6 with good mass and deep forks. I did a google search for how to score a Boone and Crockett buck and came accross several sites that ...

Re: Nice Southern Utah buck
Cool Video. You gotta love gettin close. I wish Iwould have had my video camera in hand on a recent coyote hunt. Six bucks stood up and gave what would have been a prime oportunity for footage. The largest buck had broken off one side of his antlers right above the base. He would have gone around 28...

Re: My Coyote Skull!
I've found that the skulls of the ten dogs we left on the desert flats near my honey hole were nicely sun bleached when I went back this year. The only problem with this is that when you leave evidence of ten dogs from a small stand area, other dog hunters realize how good it is. I couldn't elieve h...

Re: Deer gets revenge after hunter shoots him
So I'm willing to embarrass myself. Sorry, it's long. My first buck was a spike that I gut shot on the archery hunt. I was 16 yrs old and new to hunting. After three and a half hours of trailing bood, spooking up the buck and trying to get a more lethal shot, I finally found myself within a few yard...

Great story and photo. Where I hunt it is near impossible to spot and stalk from a long distance. I consider my self lucky to see a deer 150 yards out. I enjoyed reading about your spot and stalk tactics. Great looking buck. Although my user name is NotEnufTags, I've got plenty of past years unfille...
