New Rifle

So my buddy is in the market for a new rifle. Hes thinking either a .243 or a .270, but the real problem is trying to figure out what gun to get, while keeping it rather cheap. He's not planning on shooting the gun a TON, nut putting quit a few rounds through barell, he wants a quality gun for cheaper price. If possibly one that might have a scope on it.

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :thumb also if you guys have any you would like to sell, let me know!

Thanks guys, Camo.

We have for sale a Browning 7mm A-Bolt. I'll get more details if your friend might be interested in it. It is used, but in good condition.

I am not familiar with the 710 or am I confused thinking it is a 770?? Either way it is absolute garbage!
This is an investment of something that you will keep for a lifetime or something that will frustrate you to no end for a matter of very little money as a difference in price for a much better rifle in the model 700. If he is not in a hurry, Cabelas does their deal every fall where I got mine with a scope for a net price of about $310 and I love it.
