Hanwag Alaska GTX boots

New pair of Hanwag Alaska GTX boots. Size 9.5uk 10.5us, from Lathrop/Sons. I got these with synergy footbeds, walked around the block and put a thin coat of their boot conditioner on them. They are just too small. Paid $350 with the footbeds / $225 shipped I have my receipt as well.

I was going to purchase these boots from Lathrop and Sons for my husband tomorrow but then I just saw your post. Im curious, he is regularly a size 10.5 shoe, does the boot fit the same as a shoe? How come you are not returning them directly to Lathrop and Sons for refund if you are not happy with them? I live in Oregon and my zip code is 97113, how much would you charge for shipping?
