It was a really fun hunt. I looked over 54 different 3/4 curl or better rams in 12 days. Over the course of the hunt I was within 30 yards of 8 different 180+ rams. I actually passed this guy up at 28 yards 2 hours into the first morning. 8 days later I got another chance. The whole story is supposed to be in an upcoming issue of Eastmans.

Welcome! That really is an impressive animal .Congratulations! Can't wait to read the story.
It is a dream of mine to someday hunt for the big head knockers. The day I drove into Jackson Hole (when I moved west) the first wild animal I saw was a big full curl ram standing in the highway at the opening of Granite Hot Springs Rd. Left quite an impression!
