I will be hunting bear and cougar this year. What I would like to find are diagrams showing their vital areas from different shooting angles.
Does anyone know of any websites that would help with this?

JLROOT, below is a diagram I have of a black bear. I will see if I can find other angles and maybe a cougar pic or two.
If anyone else has anything please post. That way JL can share his success photos with us!

That looks like a very tight kill zone.
Thanks Hawk

JL, here's one for a cat in general (Feline family). Thier anatomy is pretty similar throughout all species.

Good luck my friend!

hit em in the shoulder and break it then ur ok. If u miss though and hit a lung he can still come and get u.
I've climbed 2 mountains. Found this guy, camped out on top of the world. I'm goin to get that ram. Thoughts of a commited sheep hunter. Work the next day, who cares, wife or girlfriend, THANK GOD! i'm hunting sheep and not at home.
