here in oregon it's year round. there is really no "season" they are considerd a varmit so all you need is a hunting liscence and your good to go. i wont speak for the other states but i'm pretty sure it's the same way in most all the states.

In southeast Utah there is no season and you don't even need a small game license to hunt them. I'm not sure about the rest of the state though.

Idaho=coyote season is year round and no limit. Just can't spotlight them without a permit to spotlight.

No season restrictions in Utah. There should be a bunch in your neck of the woods around Veyo.
