Utah Couger Permits!

Last night a buddy of mine called me and said his credit card took a hit for a Utah couger tag. Just wondering if anyone else has took any hits for a tag as well. This was his fifth year puttin in. I drew a couger tag last year on my third try, so it looks like I may get to go again this year with him as well.
