i understand you take it to the county clerk and its 20 dollars and you need to cut the ears off... they both need to stay connected on the scalp so its one piece with both ears on it ,if that makes sense...they dont like you just cutting the ears off individually they want both ears on one peice from my understanding....i have heard they had probs with guys trapping them and just hacking the ears off and lettin em go again?i guess they seen several no earred yotes runnin around...now! i dont know how true that is, just somethin i heard i dont know why anyone would let them go again but ya never know maybe they thiought it was funny???

well i just dug this up for iron county fellas and i know a few other counties do it as well but here this is...said it was written in 08'
