Anyone know why some have white beards and some have red?
I figured the young ones are white?

I talked to a couple of people about this and the closest thing that I heard was that during the mating season when they are strutting their heads will change color. I think that you are right though the different heads is an age difference.
Live to hunt, hunt to live.

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell
the difference.

I have seen this before, I always thought they were not worked up as much as with the ones with the red heads.
