My buddy CWP has an early season turkey tag. So we have set up our two trail cameras. Here are a few of the photos that we got today.

Looks like you have a couple strutting toms in shooting range already. Just so they are there on opening day. Good luck and thanks for sharing. :thumb I can't wait to get out myself here in a couple weeks.

i'm not sure, but that looks like oak brush to me, and if it's anything like new mexico- their eating acorns! turkeys LOVE acorns

CWP went up and replaced the cards this afternoon. Here are some of the pictures, the one camera is still in the same place and is very active. The other one is a new location that we found the other night and looks to be quite promising. Hopefully this hunt is over first thing saturday morning. :thumb

He is still at it. The only toms that he has had come in, didn't get quite close enough for a shot. But he still has a week and a half to get it done.
