Has anybody come up with a better way to mount the Bushnell cams besides using thier bracket that you have to screw to a tree?

Do the bushnell cams come with the "standard" tripod mount on the bottom side? If so, I have come up with a great mount that works for all cameras with the threaded hole on the bottom. Take a standard tree step and weld a 1/4 x20 thread x inch and a half bolt to the end of it. add a nut and use it to tighten the camera down to the angle you want. It cost less than $3.00 and works great, as you can screw it to any tree and at alot of diffrent angles.
